Three dogwood trees in one pack! Grown in the USA, these trees come in white, pink, and red varieties. Perfect for zones 5-9, they grow up to 20 feet tall.
White, pink, and red dogwood trees:This is a classic mix that will add a splash of color to your yard in the spring. The white dogwood trees have white bracts (the large, petal-like structures that surround the true flowers) and green leaves, the pink dogwood trees have pink bracts and green leaves, and the red dogwood trees have red bracts and green leaves.
- Flowering dogwood, Kousa dogwood, and Chinese dogwood:This mix includes three different species of dogwood trees, each with its own unique beauty. The flowering dogwood is the most common type of dogwood tree in North America. It has white bracts and green leaves. The Kousa dogwood is native to Asia and has larger bracts than the flowering dogwood. The Chinese dogwood is also native to Asia and has pink bracts.
- Variegated dogwood trees:This mix includes dogwood trees with variegated leaves, which have different colors of green, white, and yellow. Variegated dogwood trees are a beautiful addition to any yard and can add a touch of elegance.
When choosing a mix of 3 dogwood trees, it is important to consider the size of the trees, the color of the bracts, and the hardiness zone. Dogwood trees can grow to be quite large, so it is important to choose trees that will not outgrow the space you have available. The color of the bracts is a matter of personal preference. Some people prefer the classic white bracts, while others prefer pink or red. The hardiness zone is important to consider if you live in an area with cold winters. Dogwood trees are hardy in USDA zones 5-9, but some varieties are hardy in colder zones.
Note: The plant is shipped in its pot, firmly secured with several layers of clear tape, thereby avoiding any shuffling and moving during transit. The plant reaches you with minimal damage- very safe and secure. We have been shipping plants like this for several years (plant are sometimes shipped in smaller pots for safety and ease of shipping). Most plants go dormant in fall and winter and will lose most of their leaves - looking dead and dry - very normal. They will flush out in spring.
We cannot send ship some plants and some sizes to California due to restrictions placed by department of agriculture.
