Description

Nandina domestica 'Compacta', commonly known as Compact Heavenly Bamboo, is a versatile and attractive evergreen shrub ideal for gardens in Ahmedabad and similar climates.

� Plant Description

Size: Typically grows to 4–5 feet in height and 3–4 feet in width.
Foliage: Features delicate, lacy leaves that emerge with a coppery-red hue in spring, mature to green in summer, and transition to vibrant red or purple in fall and winter.
Flowers & Berries: Produces small white flowers in late spring, followed by clusters of bright red berries that persist into winter, adding seasonal interest.
Growth Habit: Compact and dense, making it suitable for hedges, borders, or container planting.
