Darlin's Dream Azalea is a stunning shrub that grows in zones 6-9. Its light yellow flowers with a pink edge bloom in spring and reach a size of 3-4 feet. Grown in acidic soil, it's perfect for gardens, borders, and containers.
Upright trusses composed of sweetly-fragrant, white, yellow-throated, funnel-shaped blooms with lavender-pink edges open in the spring on hybrid, native, deciduous shrubs with light-green foliage. A cross between Rhododendron canescens and R. alabamense.

Note: The plant is shipped in its pot, firmly secured with several layers of clear tape, thereby avoiding any shuffling and moving during transit. The plant reaches you with minimal damage- very safe and secure. We have been shipping plants like this for several years (plant are sometimes shipped in smaller pots for safety and ease of shipping). Most plants go dormant in fall and winter and will lose most of their leaves - looking dead and dry - very normal. They will flush out in spring.
