Because plants are living products, natural variations in size, color, foliage, shape, and seasonal appearance may occur. Weather conditions, planting conditions, and customer care practices can also affect plant performance after delivery.
Return & Refund Eligibility
Customers should contact us within 30 days of delivery regarding damaged, incorrect, or eligible return items.
To help us review return or replacement requests, customers may be asked to provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be approved based on product condition, shipping condition, and order circumstances.
Non-Eligible Conditions
Refunds or replacements may not be available for:
- Improper planting or care
- Environmental or weather-related damage after delivery
- Customer-caused damage
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- Normal seasonal plant appearance variations
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
